REDICO, a Michigan-based real estate firm contracted Oliver / Hatcher to provide development plans for two buildings measuring 34,000 SF each. Our construction team completed both buildings in under six months and within budget, with the REDICO offices ready for tenant finishes and customization to the exterior and interior. 

Building features include 14' grade level doors and truck docks with levelers.
