As experts in the construction of occupied facilities, Oliver / Hatcher was contracted by UHY for the improvement and modernization of their 36,500 SF office space. Oliver / Hatcher transformed the space into an open working area, adding large office sidelights that allow more natural light to filter into the work area. Clean finishes and modern design materials were also used to give a polished and clean look to the new work environment. Our clients were so pleased with the result and improvement in working conditions that they contracted our construction team to perform Phases II and III of the project.

All phases of construction completed in an occupied building. The open office layout incorporated perimeter offices and private meeting rooms. Aluminum, glass, granite, and modern fabrics provided contemporary visual design elements.
