The project featured an extremely aggressive schedule of five months from start to finish which included extensive demolition of the former space and complete renovation of three floors.
Construction was completed in an occupied building with neighboring tenants adjacent to the space.
The new space features high-end finishes throughout each floor, exposed ceilings, custom tile, and millwork.
Project challenges include the installation of required long lead finishes in such a short project schedule.
