This 24,000 SF ground-up project utilized pre-engineered steel and configured the building to separate and isolate the manufacturing process from the office functions.  

Utilizing the design/build process as the delivery method, the project team took the client's concept of needs and carried the project through design, engineering, government approvals and construction to move-in.  With Oliver / Hatcher as the single point of contact for the team, the client was able to minimize his time devoted to the development of his facility. Unique features within the design include a special ventilation system for supporting the laboratory.
