The project consisted of the complete re-purposing of the existing Ancillary Surgical Facility into the three new healthcare spaces including the Pain Clinic, Wound Care Clinic and Anatomy Lab.

The project was completed within a fully operational medical campus. 

The newly implemented healthcare functions include the hyperbaric chamber, treatment rooms, preparation and recovery rooms, anatomy laboratory, locker rooms, staff lounge and support office areas.

Additionally, the project included specialty systems piping installation to accommodate medical gas systems which included oxygen, nitrous oxide, medical air and medical vacuum piping and equipment.
