Oliver / Hatcher was contracted to provide construction of the new 61,000 SF RepairClinic.com headquarters. The building was constructed of insulated precast wall panels over multiple phases.  

A notable feature of the construction is that at each dock door one of the typical metal panels has been replaced with a window.  The windows help to bring natural light into the warehouse area reducing the electrical costs but also increase productivity.

Although construction went on throughout the winter months and during an extremely wet Spring, Oliver / Hatcher delivered RepairClinic.com’s new facility on time and under budget.
