The redevelopment project for the building raised the building's 300,000 SF roof from a clear height of 15 ft to 30 ft. This increased the functionality and versatility of the property.  

The project scope also called for the installation of a state-of-the-art Early Suppression Fast Response (ESFR) fire suppression system. Utilities were separated to enable the space to be demised as a multi-tenant facility.  

The repositioning of this property has provided efficient and flexible space to many tenants in an array of industries including Roush Automotive, NYX, Virginia Tile and FedEx.
