Oliver / Hatcher provided construction management for the new Orion Commerce Center in Orion Twp. The corporate campus consists of two structures measuring nearly 900,000 SF.

Building No. 1 measures 247,000 SF and features (64) docks on the rear side of the building only with frontage on Silverbell Road.  The interior of the facility has 30’ clear height ceilings. Building No. 2 measures 640,000 SF and features 193 docks with 32-foot clear height ceilings.

Oliver / Hatcher has completed numerous tenant build-outs within the two facilities ranging from 2,000 SF to 200,000 SF since the buildings were originally built.
