Oliver / Hatcher completed three (3) tenant build-outs for parent company Omnicom in multiple locations in Southeast Michigan. These projects range from 3,000 - 10,000 SF tenant relocations to a 22,000 SF tenant fit-out.

All three of the tenant spaces boast exposed ceilings and ductwork, moveable partitions to promote an open workflow atmosphere.
