Construction of a new 12,000 square foot Dialysis Center for Greenfield Health Systems.

This single-story brick and stone-clad facility offers thirty-three (33) chronic dialysis stations, four (4) large dialysis home training rooms, a fully covered drive-up canopy and ample offices and support spaces for the entire staff. Built on a site of a previously removed seven-story hotel, the challenges included unsuitable soils found in the location of the previous basement.
