Summer, where have you gone?
The Oliver / Hatcher Charities 13th Charity Golf Outing was a resounding success! We had a beautiful end-of-summer day for our charity outing. We were joined by many friends and associates on the fairways at Meadowbrook County Club in support of this worthy cause that benefits the children and families of our community.
Over the past twenty years, Oliver / Hatcher Charities, in coordination with our many valued friends and associates, has raised over $946,000 for the direct benefit of the Child and Family Life Department at C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital in Ann Arbor.
This year we were thrilled to have Detroit Tiger legend, Kirk Gibson, as our guest speaker. We all enjoyed the Major League memories that he shared with our group. His stories had us all laughing at the locker room hijinks and behind the scenes politics of the game.
We applaud our golf outing sponsors and participants who share our commitment to the greater community. The kindness and generosity of these individuals and companies are without bounds. We certainly could not associate with a better group of people.
