Oliver / Hatcher is pleased to announce that Jack Oliver has joined our firm as Senior Project Estimator in our expanding Estimating Department. Jack’s significant experience crosses a broad range of sectors that include industrial, commercial office, hospitality, retail, healthcare, entertainment, and residential construction. These include national and international projects ranging from $1 million – $550 million.
Jack brings twelve years in project cost management experience to his role. Before joining Oliver / Hatcher, Jack worked for the international cost consultancy firm Cumming Corporation. While at Cumming, Jack worked in the Los Angeles and San Fransico offices and most recently as Associate Director in the firm’s Chicago location.
Jack is a Michigan State University alumn from which he holds a BS in Construction Management and a BA from the Eli Broad College of Business. Additionally, his professional credentials include the distinctive Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), Quantity Surveying, and Construction sector.
