Paul Hatcher, President of Oliver / Hatcher Construction, recently commented on the rising cost of materials, supply chain issues, and labor shortages in the construction industry. In the August 2022 Issue of Heartland Real Estate Business, Hatcher discusses how Oliver / Hatcher recently change the building model to continue on schedule based on material availability.
Oliver / Hatcher is building a structure on the ground – and underground – for Allied Commerce Center for their new 200,000 SF space. Besides the warehouse and office space, our team also built the underground Storm Water Retention System for the facility.
This month's Oliver / Hatcher team lunch was at Southfield's notable Travelers Tower Cafe! The team learned more about the various OHC projects built in Travelers Tower as we commemorated our former Oliver / Hatcher Senior Project Superintendent, Brian Windel, and his remarkable contributions to the team.
