A brand new logistics center is under construction at the central location of major Detroit freeways - the Lodge and Davison. The new 445k SF building will have 32' clear heights, 81 dock doors, and 4 drive-in doors. 

Prior to the start of construction, numerous homes were demolished with careful consideration of the environmental impact on the soil and future use of the area. Sitework and foundations are currently underway to prepare for the construction of the state-of-the-art Logistics Park.
