Oliver / Hatcher Construction is constructing Livonia West Commerce Center 2 (LWWC2), a 365,000-square-foot industrial facility at the intersection of Amrhein and Eckles Roads on the former GM Delco Chassis Plant land in Livonia, Michigan. The new warehouse building will be a cross-dock warehouse with a remote parking lot, 32-foot clear height, and 92 trailer docks. The new building is adjacent to Amazon’s facility at Livonia West Commerce Center, also built by Oliver / Hatcher Construction.
