Buildings 1 (140,000 SF)and Building 2 (775,000 SF) of the Livonia Corporate Center are among several facilities constructed on what was formerly an obsolete site within the city of Livonia. Oliver / Hatcher Construction constructed the two buildings concurrently during the implementation of the campus' Phase II.

The multi-tenant facilities are constructed of structural steel bearing pre-cast concrete panel walls. Additional building features include numerous dock doors, trailer staging, early suppression fast response (ESFR) fire sprinkler system, 32’ clear height (Bldg 2) and 26’ clear height (Bldg 1). Additionally, each suite provides custom interior office space and accommodations for employee and guest parking.
