Marketing Manager

Minimum Requirements

  • Three to five years of experience
  • A college degree, BA, BS in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field

Additional Requirements

  • Two to five years of demonstrated success in performing functions of Marketing Coordinator at Oliver / Hatcher or similar position at another firm in related industry.

Essential Duties:

  • Assist in the development of the overall marketing plan
  • Establish RFQ / RFP deliverables and responsibilities and prepare responses
  • Responsible for managing third-party social media firms
  • Website maintenance and updates
  • Graphic design including, but not limited to, digital and print materials, articles and awards submissions
  • Maintain a database of project profiles, pictures, resumes and other reference material
  • E-mail marketing campaigns including advertising opportunities
  • Assist in overall company brand management
  • Support of Sales and Marketing Departments
  • Attend and participate in weekly Sales / Marketing Meetings.
  • Work with team to plan and organize events both public and company-related.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Skills, Knowledge and/or Experience:

  • High level of self-motivation, passion, and attention to detail
  • Strong time management and the ability to multi-task
  • MS Office proficient (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Adobe Creative Suite proficient (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat)
  • An understanding of construction terminology and delivery methods
