The new 129,000 SF cross-dock facility features 155 dock doors that are fully equipped with levelers, shelters, and lighting for each docking bay.

The project required extensive site work including the removal of limestone bedrock in order to place foundations, construction of a 10’ high concrete retaining wall and installation of a bridge culvert over county road. The warehouse floor was completed in two pours of 56,000 SF each.
