Brownstown Business Center tenant Ford Motor Company required modifications to the existing space within their building. More than 300,000 SF of the space is utilized for storage racks used in the distribution of parts to various Ford dealerships throughout the Midwest. 

One of the primary modifications to the warehouse space included the addition of 165 lighting fixtures which raised the interior lighting level from 25 foot candles to 40 foot candles. Additional heating and rooftop units were added to provide positive air pressure in the warehouse. Custom dock pits and door modifications were performed at thirteen (13) of the existing dock doors. Additional space includes a 13,500 SF two-story office.
