Oliver / Hatcher Construction provided construction management services for the new 316,000 SF state-of-the-art, distribution/light industrial facility.
The Findlay Commerce Center (FCC) is constructed to accommodate up to four tenants of varying sizes. Each suite includes tenant offices as well as parking and trailer staging areas. The facility features 40 docks with 50,000-pound in-floor airbag levelers.
The exterior is comprised of concrete precast panels and a Ballasted Single Ply EPDM roof. The structural steel frame has 32’ clear height, 50’ bays, an ESFR fire suppression system throughout, and LED lighting. The building also includes grade level 12’ wide x 14’ high drive-in doors at each corner of the building.
