Oliver / Hatcher Construction is constructing a multi-tenant campus in Van Buren Township. Located among a 260+ acre industrial park development, the proposed four-building complex will be home to warehousing, manufacturing, and logistics tenants.
Each building features a state-of-the-art design to offer all the features and amenities required by today’s sophisticated warehouse/distribution and manufacturing companies. The buildings have 30’ – 32’ ceiling heights, 52’4” x 50’ column spacing within and 52’4” x 60’ at the loading dock areas, ESFR fire suppression, stunning office finishes, and abundant tractor-trailer parking and staging areas.

In addition to the building shells, OHC also built various tenant improvement spaces within the buildings for tenants including Associated Couriers, The New Haven Companies, TwinMed, and a leading transportation and delivery service.
