Oliver / Hatcher Construction worked alongside the client and architect on a redesign of this new 4-story hotel with the goal of realizing a significant savings on the project.

In addition to Construction Management services, Oliver / Hatcher also managed the Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FFE) and installation services for this new 65,976 SF hospitality facility.

The newly constructed 105-room hotel features a full commercial kitchen with walk-in food storage, and guest amenities that include multiple meeting rooms, a business library, guest lounge, fitness center, on-site guest laundry facilities, and electric vehicle charging station.
