Oliver / Hatcher provided CM services for the 60,000 SF addition and renovation to the Central Distributors of Beer Headquarters in Romulus, Michigan.

The team renovated interior spaces to provide temporary work areas while the existing offices underwent renovations and upgrades. Additionally, temporary corridors were established.

The existing 10,000 SF office space was renovated, and 10,000 SF of new office space was added. The additional new spaces include a two-story lobby, executive conference room, training center, and kitchen. The existing controlled environment warehouse (cooler) also received an addition of 10,000 SF.
