Oliver / Hatcher provided interior construction for a new orthopedic medical office at St. Joseph Mercy Health System.

The new space consists of twelve exam rooms, a cast room, a treatment room, multiple physician offices, and a radiology room. The facility is ADA compliant and features custom millwork, cabinetry and glass entryway.  

Prior to the implementation of this project, the space was a vacant building envelope.  The team tied the new infrastructure into the existing building ductwork, MEP, and electrical including twelve new VAV boxes with Johnson Controls, hot water heat system, two new rooftop exhaust fans, and new lines for sanitary and water.
