Oliver / Hatcher recently completed a new office space addition for BorgWarner at their existing Auburn Hills Powertrain Tech Center in Auburn Hills, Michigan.

Project features include a twelve month project completion, extensive phased demolition of a two-story 300 L.F. glass curtain wall. Special accommodations were taken into consideration for weather and soundproofing within an occupied space including the excavation of a 10,000 S.F. ground floor basement.

State of the art full service staff fitness center, café-vending and collaboration spaces on each floor, and the installation of a fully landscaped perimeter pedestrian walking path.
