Oliver / Hatcher completed the renovation of a former industrial facility into a Class A office space for Attendance on Demand in Farmington Hills.

Oliver / Hatcher fast-tracked the construction of Phase 1 which allowed the Owner to occupy portions of the building while the Phase 2 construction was implemented. The new facility features a modern take on the typical office cubicle by featuring individual custom workspaces where each door is different and you can customize the removable panels within the spaces.

A café area with multiple seating opportunities was constructed to promote areas for open collaboration. Outside the facility two electric car charging stations were installed with the ability to charge four cars simultaneously.
