Oliver / Hatcher was contracted to provide construction management services for the new ASW Services cross-dock facility at the Brownstown Business Center Industrial Park.

The new 60,000 SF pre-engineered metal building fronted on I-75 and just off Sibley Rd. These narrow cross-dock facilities are an important piece of the logistics process. The cross docks allow for incoming products to be unloaded on one side and then moved and loaded on the other side to outbound trucks. Moving products quickly and efficiently. 

TheASW Services cross-dock features seventy-nine dock doors and over 300,000 SF of heavy-duty pavement for truck staging and maneuvering areas.
