AAA contracted Oliver / Hatcher to build out the interior portions of their branch locations. These AAA locations provide customers with the option to meet with their travel agent or insurance representative in a customer-friendly atmosphere.
Our team tackled the initial design/build project for the retail space with enthusiasm and subsequently was awarded several other branch spaces for this client. Each project began with a blank interior shell. Oliver / Hatcher provided pre-construction expertise with early-stage budgeting, value engineering, and scheduling. The team built out all interior features of each location including visual storefront, bathrooms, lighting, mechanical and electrical, and plumbing systems. Our team of leading construction personnel interfaced with AAA architects to properly execute the architectural space plan that was envisioned.
All of the AAA retail projects feature aggressive schedules and compressed delivery requirements from the trades and suppliers supporting the project.
To-date Oliver / Hatcher has performed build-outs across the state of Michigan for AAA Auto Club Group. These additional Michigan locations include Wyandotte, NE Detroit, West Detroit, Allen Park, Warren, Battle Creek, Muskegon, Saginaw, Kalamazoo, Holland, and Fort Gratiot.
