Construction of a new 1,300 SF Chiller Plant Addition to the A123 Battery Plant Facility in Livonia. The Chiller Plant houses a new 1,000-ton air cooled Trane chiller to supplement the cooling load requirements inside the battery plant.
The chiller plant is a free-standing masonry structure featuring 14-foot clear height with a heavily reinforced 8-inch concrete slab.
Additional features include a new 1,500 kVA electrical service and a cooling tower pad and structure.
