PAUL HATCHER, President
Company management, selling design and construction services to the light industrial and commercial marketplace, knowledge of municipal rules and regulations, building effective relationships with local municipalities and architectural and engineering firms. Personally responsible for sale and municipal approvals of over $250 million in design/build construction projects. Affable and personal approach to understanding and fulfilling clients' needs. Seasoned professional in the construction and development industry. Holds BBA of Business Administration in Marketing and Finance, Western Michigan University, Juris Doctor, Detroit College of Law.

PAUL OLIVER, Principal
Engineering management, conceptual estimating and value engineering. Company management, preliminary engineering and budget pricing, continuous cost evaluation, competitive bidding of subcontractors and project scheduling. Meticulous and technical, yet personable in approach to clients' project needs. Many years experience in the construction industry, including over a decade as project manager in design/build. Managed single projects ranging in size up to 1.1 million sq. ft. and $55 million valuation. Directed construction of more than 5,200,000 sq. ft. of space, combined value $280 million. Handled 22 projects larger than 50,000 sq. ft. for warehousing/distribution, research and development, laboratory and food service industries. Holds BS in Construction Management, Eastern Michigan University.
