Projects
October 2009: Oliver / Hatcher will start work on the new Northland Dialysis Center in Southfield. Construction on the new 12,000 S.F. facility is expected to take six months to complete. Click here to view a rendering of the new facility.
September 2009: Oliver / Hatcher Construction will be starting work on four AAA customer service locations throughout Michigan. The projects will be located in Detroit, Battle Creek and Muskegon.
June 2009: Oliver / Hatcher Construction recently completed construction of a 10,000 S.F. two-story medical office building in Milford. The new facility is home to Oakland Internal Medicine and Oakland County Urologists, P.C.
March 2009: Oliver / Hatcher Construction begins work on a 13,754 S.F. Tenant Build-Out for Henry Schein Dental in Wixom. The Owner of the project is HEFCO Properties in Farmington Hills.

July 2009: Ted Miller, Director of Operations, and Tim Bryan, Senior Project Manager, are the latest team members to achieve the LEED AP accreditation. Congrats Guys!
June 2009: Tom Bennett, Project Manager, joins his fellow OHC LEED AP colleagues by earning himself the designation of LEED Accredited Professional. Way to go Tom!
May 2009: Jason Salazar, Vice President of Estimating, recently achieved the designation of LEED Accredited Professional. Jason now marks the third LEED AP on the Oliver / Hatcher team.
March 2009: Dan O'Donnell, Senior Project Manager, recently achieved LEED Accredited Professional status. Also a registered architect, Dan can now add the LEED accreditation to his credentials. Congrats Dan!
General Happenings
November 2009: Oliver / Hatcher continues to maintain their dedication to quality by successfully being awarded a certificate in accordance with the ISO 9001:2008 standards. Oliver / Hatcher has been an ISO certified company since 2000.
September 2009: Oliver / Hatcher Construction hosted its 10th Annual Charity Golf Outing at Meadowbrook Country Club on September 21st to a sold out field of golfers. The event featured former U of M Football Player and Detroit Tiger, Rick Leach as guest speaker. Despite the tough economic times, the day's event raised $50,000 for the Child Family Life Dept. at The University of Michigan C.S. Mott Children's Hospital.
August 2009: Oliver / Hatcher Construction recently received a National Associated General Contractors (AGC) Safety Award for achieving a zero incident rate in 2008. Oliver / Hatcher earned the award by completing 49,343 hours of construction work in 2008 without a single safety incident or injury on one of its construction sites. June 2009: Oliver / Hatcher has begun preparing for it's 10th Annual Charity Golf Outing benefiting the Child and Family Life Dept. at U of M's Mott Children's Hospital. The event is being held on Monday, September 21st at Meadowbrook Country Club in Northville. September 2008: Oliver / Hatcher Construction recently hosted the 9th Annual Charity Golf Outing benefiting the Child and Family Life Dept. at the University of Michigan C.S. Mott Children's Hospital. This year's event featured the legendary Mr. Ernie Harwell as guest speaker and a check in the amount of $101,000 was presented to Dan Fischer, Child and Family Life Director. This marked our largest monetary donation to date and brings the total to over $600,000 in nine years. Thanks to all of our supporters!
